COUNSELING FOR NEURODIVERGENT WOMEN

Hi! I’m Jessica, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years’ experience specializing in therapy for neurodivergent and gifted women. I engage women in the development of a therpeutic relationship where we learn to embrace all your parts. I work with women navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity and self-worth concerns, and will help you accept yourself so you can stop feeling exhausted trying to “keep up” in a world that wasn’t made for your brain.

My approach is nurturing, goal directed, and holistic. I combine evidence-based interventions with a relational focus and ensure were not just working to improve your mood, but your health, sleep, and everything in-between. We’ll build safety and trust first, then use person centered, trauma-informed care, CPT, and Somatic based Internal Family Systems Therapy, to help you understand parts of yourself that you can’t make sense of or that you need to let go. We will learn to regulate your nervous system, process past trauma keeping you stuck, and connect with yourself in a genuine way. I celebrate the whole of who you are, not just the parts that feel presentable.
