I understand the depths of women’s issues that often keep us from reaching our goals. Not because we can’t, but because there’s too much on our plates, because we stopped listening to our inner wisdom, and continue hiding parts of ourselves that are dying to be seen.
I am flexible with my clients when scheduling conflicts arise and I offer ongoing support with follow up/summary emails after our session. Upon request, I’ll offer check-ins between sessions and provide a space for you to share what’s going on day to day.

Steady Strength counseling services aims to support all women, including women who are stay at home moms or have limited childcare. While privacy is important and time for yourself is critical, there may be times when having a child present while you engage in session may be necessary. We will talk further about what is or is not appropriate during our initial consultation if this applies to you.
I’ve done sessions with women who needed to bounce their sleeping baby in a bouncy seat. Some of my clients have had to pause session for a moment to deal with something their older child needed. I truly want therapy to be something you can fit into your life, until you can find the systems to carve out more time for yourself, uninterrupted.
